Municipal Code Title 5, Chapter 12

5-12-190 Rights and Remedies Under Other Laws

To the extent that this chapter provides no right or remedy in a circumstance, the rights and remedies available to landlords and tenants under the laws of the State of Illinois or other local ordinances shall remain applicable.
