About Reda |
Ciprian | Magnone, LLC
"What's Best for you, not what's best for the attorney"
We concentrate our practice in the areas of estate planning; asset
protection; wills and trusts; probate and guardianship; commercial and
residential real estate, including closings; tax, including income tax,
gift and estate tax; and corporate law, including business formations
and commercial transactions.
Ed Reda
obtained a Law Degree, magna cum laude, from DePaul University in 1976
and a B.S. in Finance from DePaul University in 1973.
My mission - to be an effective counselor to my clients, sensitive to
their needs, while practicing in a compassionate way. Our firm motto:
"What's best for you, not what's best for the attorney" summarizes my
view of the practice of law.
Ed Reda is a member of the Illinois and Chicago Bar Associations as
well as a Justinian Society of (Italian) Lawyers.
John Ciprian
obtained a Law Degree from DePaul University in 1993 and a B.A. in
Theatre from Miami of Ohio in 1988.
John
practices primarily in the areas of probate, real estate and estate
planning. His goal is to provide professional services to his clients
without compromising his own values.

Chicago Bar Association.
Richard Magnone
obtained a Law Degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1996 and a
B.S. in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Marquette University in 1993.
My goal is that my law practice be more than a typical law office. In
an era of large, "stuffy" firms, clients can get lost in the shuffle. I
choose to be a counselor who keeps the client in mind with personal
legal service and "big firm" quality as my main goals.
Richard Magnone is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and
the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association.
