Ed Reda obtained a Law Degree, magna cum laude, from DePaul University in 1976 and a B.S. in Finance from DePaul University in 1973. My mission – to be an effective counselor to my clients, sensitive to their needs, while practicing in a compassionate way. John Ciprian obtained a Law Degree from DePaul University in 1993 and a B.A. in Theatre from Miami of Ohio in 1988. John practices primarily in the areas of real estate, probate and guardianship, and estate planning. His goal is to provide professional services to his clients without compromising his own values. John is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
Richard Magnone obtained his Law Degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1996 and a B.S. in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Marquette University in 1993. A regular speaker and lecturer, Richard has presented on topics ranging from law office technology to estate planning and landlord tenant law. He practices in the areas of landlord tenant law, probate, real estate, corporations, and estate planning. Richard Magnone is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association.
James Tozzi obtained a Law Degree from DePaul University in 1998, a masters degree in Library Science from Dominican University, and B.A. from DePaul University in 1994 in Education. Jim spent two years as a clerk for an Illinois Appellate Court Judge before joining the firm as an associate about three years ago. He is an adjunct professor of appellate advocacy at Loyola University School of Law. Jim handles probate, real estate, corporate, estate planning, and landlord tenant transactions. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association
Edmund Gronkiewicz is a highly experienced probate, estate planning, and corporate lawyer. He handles probate and estate issues, especially those probate involving lost or missing heirs. Edmund joined the firm in 2012. He is a member of the Leading Lawyer’s Network, is a member of the American Academy of Hospital Attorneys, Chicago Bar Association, American bar Association, and Illinois State Bar Association.
Robert G. Cooper is an associate attorney who joined the firm in 2009 after graduating from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He provides transactional and litigation legal services in the areas of probate and guardianship, landlord tenant law and evictions including Chicago Residential Landlord Tenant Ordinance compliance, business entities, and estate planning. Robert is a member of the Chicago Bar Association where he acts as the Legislative Liaison for the Probate Practice Committee. He is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
Ian Fidler is an associate who joined the firm this year. He is a former commercial real estate broker. Ian is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school, Ian worked at Sony Pictures Entertainment as a legal liaison between Sony Electronics Headquarters in San Diego and the studio. He now handles probate, real estate, and technology law.
